Many members of a local Nelson Church got behind the cause of Healing Hands recently in a walkathon they conducted, stretching from the Nelson airport to the Richmond Aquatic Centre and back. They were able to raise over $18,500 toward the Healing Hands cause, with generous donations from Church members, several members of Nelson's community and from several corporate sponsors.
