Welcome to Healing Hands

ealing Hands Charitable Trust is a National Charity responsible for seeing many families receive financial & practical support through times of crisis and illness. The purpose of Healing Hands is to assist people who are unable to receive government funding. It may be a specialist appointment they don’t have time to wait for and cannot afford; or surgery they may eventually have government funded but may unfortunately be too late. The need in our community is far greater than the provision we have to meet it, and some individuals are slipping further into desperate situations, while waiting for procedures. Immediate financial support could make all the difference to them... And that's where Healing Hands endeavours to step on in!

Healing Hands is raising money to assist young Tara Sears with an eye surgery that would otherwise require her to go on a lengthy waiting list allowing further damage to her eye. Tara has since had her operation completed at the Auckland Eye Surgery Institute. It was successful at the cost of $3,560.00. Tara is very thankful and she and her family would like thank everyone who supports Healing Hands.
